• Question: what difficult challenges have you faced so for in he engineers industry

      Hey lovefood,

      I work in the oil and gas industry which is currently in the middle of a downturn so projects are getting cancelled, budgets are getting squeezed and people are losing their jobs which is really horrible. So that’s the biggest challenge for my industry at the minute, however it will make the industry better in the long run and we’ll come out the other side a more lean, mean, fighting machine! 🙂

      Funnily enough one of the most challenging parts in this industry for me so far is not technical but to work with potential end users! Sometimes they have requirements that are not feasible within the given budget or time or simply their requirements change throughout the project! Also sometimes some end users don’t want to share too much data from their production – this would, however, help us to do a more proper testing.
